Meet Clara
Clara Kapelembe Bwali began by sharing recipes and looking for a more truthful way to show local food and local products. What started with a phone, a few backgrounds and an instinct for composition grew into Black Garlic.
Today, her work moves between family knowledge and new flavour combinations, commercial briefs and personal stories—always with the belief that Zambian food deserves to be seen with care, confidence and imagination.
